Amy Warren was born on April 23, 2002, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She attended Belle Chasse High School, where she quickly established herself as a dominant force in track and field, particularly in the long jump and triple jump. Warren was a three-time team MVP, won district and regional championships in the triple jump during her freshman, sophomore, and junior years, and set school records in both the long and triple jumps.
